Main judge introduction:
Laura Vassallo (Italy) is Doctor in Veterinary Medicine. Laura works in her own clinic from 1989, practising medicine of dogs and cats and after a Master of Ethology she specialised in behaviour diseases. She is breeding Belgian Sheepdog (Groenendael, Tervueren and Malinois) under the kennel name “Alta Via” since 1993. Her dogs has many champions titles in international competitions and BIS. She became show judge for Belgian Sheepdog in 2007. At the moment she is qualified to judge at international level also some other breeds of Groupe 1. She has judged in many National Specialty shows in Europe, Canada and Australia. She is also Herding judge and actually she is competing in traditional style herding level 3 with her two dogs Belgian Sheepdog Groenendael Ch. Valkohampaan Batticuore and Rough Collie Letitbenera di Cambiano. |

Second judge introduction:
Šárka Matušová (Czech republic) is an international herding judge in CS and TS style. In 2001 Šárka´s attention was caught by the excellent work of border collies and this brought her to learn more about sheep herding. In 2007 she started to build her sheep farm and she became the herding judge both in collecting and traditional style. Since then Šárka´s life is the life on farm with her sheep and dogs. Although herself she owns border collies, she organizes trainings and trials for traditional breeds at her farm too, and is regularly judging TS trials. Šárka is mostly a practical person, who doesn´t live her life on internet, but she is very happy to see any person, who is interested in herding with any breed, and share with them her true shepherd´s life experience. |
